A yummy example

Today for breakfast I had an orange, and a glass of milk. (wasnt that hungry) For lunch I had organic peanut-butter covered pretzils and an organic energy drink. (Guru lite.) Lots of filtered water and organic teas inbetween meals. Supper was homemade toco salad (mostly vegetarian), and organic lettuce and salsa. Later I am making some w/w muffins with crystalized ginger, almonds, and dried apricots; so I'll probably have some of the batter :).
